Shipping Rates for US (Continental States):
(Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands and the Armed Forces AFO outside the US are considered International for shipping purposes)

Order total: (Shipping Cost determined by order total BEFORE taxes)

Orders under $10.00 =$5.00 shipping fee

Orders $10.01-$24.99 = $7.00 shipping fee

Orders over $25.00 = Free Shipping!

(All statues 2lbs+ incur a $5 shipping charge regardless of total order amount).

International Shipping (Outside the Continental US):

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees, taxes and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally.

Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the destination country, and the shipping method you choose. Please use our built-in shipping estimator located on the shopping cart and checkout page to determine your shipping charges. This information can be accessed anytime on the shopping cart page.

Estimated date of delivery is also provided when available. Bewitching.Co ships via the US postal service and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and these options will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart.

All items sold and distributed by Bewitching.Co are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.

All orders placed before 2pm CST Monday thru Friday are processed same day. Orders placed after 2pm M-F are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays are processed the following business day. Days we consider Holidays are listed below:

Return Policy:
If you want to return a product to Bewitching.Co you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by using ou
r Contact Us form, or by calling us at 1-262.661.2005. You must have the original invoice number to refer to. Bewitching.Co will only accept items for return that are approved and given an RMA number. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, (There is no restocking fee for damaged item returns.)

Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Bewitching.Co will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Bewitching.Co.
